1- Life Protection (30 mA)
According to IEC 60479-1; the value 30 mA of residual
current is the limited value for human safety. The enrgy of
the circuit should be interrupted immediately as the value of
the residual current, exceeds the limited value (30
mA)
2- Fire Protection (300 mA)
A current 300 mA and higher of the residual current
dangerous in terms of fire hazard as the heat consists of
electrical arc. The enrgy of the circuit should be interrupted
at the 300 mA from point of view soul and goods.
Steps during the assembling of residual current circuit
breaker will be taken into consideration
The matters shall be taken into consideration to make
consideration to make correct and reliable at the installation
of R.C.C.B. (Residual Current Circuit Breaker) is mentioned
below :
1. R.C.C.B. should be used as fire protection at main
circuits (Kwh-meter), by the time value of approptiate of
ampere shall be taken into consideration during installation.
2. Neutral conductor should be insulated and not be
earthed anywhere.
3. Phase and neutral conductor should be connected for
2 pole R.C.C.B. and all of phase and neutral conductors for 4
pole R.C.C.B.
4. Value of current which in R.C.C.B. shall not be
exceeded nominal value of R.C.C.B.
5. Resistance of earthing should be maximum 2160 ohm
for 30 mA and 216 ohm for 300 mA. |
